Privacy policy

Orblast is a portrait bubble shooter. This policy covers the game, its optional Google rewarded ads, Google Play coin packs, and the optional leaderboard. Effective October 4, 2026.

Who this is for

Orblast is a general-audience game. It is not directed at children under 13. It includes optional rewarded ads and real-money coin packs, so it should not be installed or played by anyone under the age required in their country to see ads or make purchases. Parents can use device purchase approval in Google Play.

What stays on the phone

Progress, coins, owned styles, settings, and Google Play purchase tokens are stored in this browser's local storage. Purchase tokens are kept only so a coin pack cannot be granted twice. That local save is not uploaded by Orblast. Erase it in Settings with “Erase save on this phone.” Erasing a save does not refund a Play purchase.

Leaderboard account

Sign-in is optional and is only needed to post or view the online leaderboard. If you sign in, the account stores an id, the name and email supplied by the sign-in provider, and session data that can include an IP address and user agent. Your display name and score can be shown to other signed-in players. You can play the entire game without an account.

Settings includes “Delete my leaderboard scores” and “Delete account.” Deleting the account removes the user, sessions, linked sign-in, and scores from Orblast's database. The on-phone save is separate.

Google rewarded ads

Rewarded ads are optional. The home screen can offer one a day for 100 coins. Arcade can offer one continue per run. Orblast asks Google's Ad Placement API (AdMob / AdSense H5 games ads) to show the ad. Coins or a continue are added only after Google reports that the ad was viewed to the end. Closing it early grants nothing. Orblast does not run a homemade video and call it an ad.

When an ad is requested, Google can collect device identifiers, advertising id, IP address, and ad interaction data under Google's own policy, and may use that data to show and measure ads. Orblast does not receive your advertising profile. Until the publisher puts a real AdMob publisher id in the build, Google's test placement is used and it does not pay the publisher. Paid ads start only after that id is set and the AdMob or AdSense account is approved.

Google's advertising policy is at https://policies.google.com/privacy and the ads partner list is at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partners.

Google Play Billing

Coin packs are consumable in-app products sold by Google Play. The charge, the receipt, and the payment method are handled by Google, not by Orblast. Orblast never sees your card or Google account password. After a successful purchase, Play gives the app a purchase token. The app adds the listed number of coins, stores the token on the phone, and consumes the purchase so the pack can be bought again.

Packs grant a fixed number of coins. They are not loot boxes, they cannot be cashed out, and they are not a wager. Browsers cannot complete a Play charge. Billing works in the Android app installed from Google Play, after the Play Console products exist and the app is linked with Digital Asset Links.

What we don't do

Orblast does not sell personal information. It does not ask for contacts, photos, precise location, or microphone access. It does not include chat. It does not put unowned scores on a public board.

Delete your data

Use the controls in the game. They are the deletion method for this app.

  • Settings → Delete my leaderboard scores. Removes your rows from the score table.
  • Settings → Delete account. Removes the account, sessions, and scores. This is the in-app account deletion path.
  • Settings → Erase save on this phone. Removes local progress and purchase-token records on that device.

The Play Console data-deletion URL is this page's address ending in /privacy#delete. The publisher's contact email is the email on the Google Play store listing. Google may keep Play payment records under Google's policy after an account here is deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The Play Console privacy policy field should point at the live /privacy address of the published app.
